PAINT AND PALETTE SHIPPING INFORMATION
Because Paint and Palette believes that when a customer shops there shouldn't, if at all possible, be any extra charges added to the order, our shipping policy is simple:
WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR GROUND SHIPPING ON ORDERS SHIPPED TO THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES.
In order to accomplish this, Paint and Palette has had to do two things.

Give a slightly smaller discount on individual items than our competitors. However, when compared with the cost of an order and paying for shipping from other sites, we remain very competitive. (See Tables Below)

Paint and Palette now requires a minimum order of $15.00 for it to be accepted and filled.
As long as Paint and Palette can continue to provide substantial discounts and remain competitive in the market, we will continue this policy of not charging for ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states.
Charges for express shipping, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, the US territories, international shipping, and large items requiring FOB shipment still apply. Customers wishing these types of shipments should e-mail or fax their orders to Paint and Palette.
How do we compare?
The table below shows how Paint and Palette's pricing compares with our major competition when you take into account both pricing and shipping cost on two sample orders. The first is for 4 tubes of Winsor & Newton Artist Watercolors in the 14 ml. tubes.

Paint and Palette ships its orders via the most inexpensive ground transportation that will get to the customer between 3 and 10 days from shipment. As a rule we use either USPS Priority Mail or DHL Ground.
